Thank you for posting this. The sound was just fine.
This was the first time that I had heard McHenry's response. I'm not a McHenry supporter, but even so, I was shocked by how out of touch with the hear-and-now his comments were. That's great that he has done wonderful things over the past 60 to 30 years. But it's what he is (not) doing now that is at issue.
As a teacher in this district, a parent of a Mt. Diablo student, and as a voter, I applaud your decision to ask for McHenry's resignation. THANK YOU!
